Rachel is a registered psychologist with specialised experience supporting women through the emotional, physical, and psychological complexities of the fertility and perinatal journey. With extensive experience in women’s mental health, she is deeply committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals navigating fertility treatment, pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.
As both a clinician and a mother of young children, Rachel brings a grounded, empathetic understanding of the challenges and joys inherent in the journey to parenthood. She works from a trauma-informed lens, recognising the profound impact that fertility challenges, pregnancy experiences, birth trauma, and early parenthood stress can have on mental wellbeing.
Rachel is trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrates this with a holistic therapeutic approach that honours the mind–body connection. Her practice is centred around creating a safe, supportive environment where people feel heard, validated, and empowered. She works collaboratively to help individuals build emotional resilience, process difficult experiences, and cultivate confidence as they move through fertility treatment, pregnancy, and the transition to life with a new baby.
Passionate about helping women feel supported rather than overwhelmed, Rachel strives to ensure every client receives personalised, compassionate care during what can be one of the most vulnerable, yet transformative, chapters of their lives.
