Saabira Wazeer is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Counsellor, and Eating Disorder Credentialed Clinician passionate about helping women in fertility, pregnancy and post partum.
With extensive experience in women’s health, fertility, and PCOS, she has supported countless women in navigating hormonal challenges, emotional eating, and body image struggles through an integrative, non-diet approach. She has also completed advanced training in Nutrition Therapy for Fertility, which deepened my understanding of how nutrition, hormones, and emotional wellbeing intersect to influence reproductive health.
Her background in Nutrition and Dietetics and Counselling, combined with my credentialing in Eating Disorder treatment, allows me to provide holistic and compassionate care that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Whether you’re managing PCOS, supporting fertility, unsure of what to eat during pregnancy or post baby, she is here to help you reconnect with your body, build sustainable habits, and feel empowered in your health journey—without restriction or guilt.
Celina began her physiotherapy career in musculoskeletal practice, where she developed a strong passion for Women’s Health. She works closely with her clients to help them achieve their goals through a combination of exercise, education, and individualised treatment programs.
Her interest in Women’s & Pelvic Health, particularly in pregnancy and postpartum care, began early in her career. Celina is passionate about supporting women through all stages of pregnancy and beyond – from managing pelvic girdle pain and preparing for birth, to guiding safe and confident return to exercise and daily activity after childbirth.
Celina believes that pelvic health is an essential part of overall wellbeing and aims to empower every woman with the knowledge and care they need to feel confident in their bodies.
Outside the clinic, Celina enjoys playing soccer, spending time with her family, and looking after her 3 bengal cats.
