We offer telehealth (video and phone consultations) only. The good part about this is you can access these consultations from anywhere! We accept clients globally.
You can cancel your appointment before 24 hours for any consultation, however if you cancel within 24 hours, we will charge 50% of the full amount of booked consultation.
Yes, please ensure you complete the recommended blood tests found here (within 6 months) and bring them to your appointment if you are seeing the dietitian. If any of the other health professionals request bloods, you will be emailed in advance. You can send them to our secure email (insert email), we recommend password protecting any secure information.
