1. Introduction
Parties and Services
Fertility Hub AU (“Fertility Hub”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates an online fertility and allied health platform for individuals and couples planning pregnancy, currently pregnant, or postpartum (“you”, “your”).
We provide services via:

- Our online practice management platform Splose
Our services include:
- Facilitating communications (advice and consultations, where applicable) with:
- Australian-registered fertility and health practitioners (“Partner Practitioners”) including doctors, nurses, and allied health practitioners;
- Other health and support staff acting on our behalf (“Partner Contributors”), including dietitians, nutritionists, psychologists, counsellors, and administrative support; and
- Third-party health providers with arrangements with us (“Associate Practitioners”).
- Access to the Platforms for:
- Communication records with Partner Practitioners and Partner Contributors;
- Fertility-related support, educational resources, tracking tools, and program information;
- Assistance with accessing medications, supplements, or fertility products via Associate Pharmacies or third-party providers (“Associate Couriers”).
Acceptance of Terms
Each time you access or use the Platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate, block, or suspend any user for non-compliance;
- Modify, remove, or refuse access to any material or service;
- Update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platforms.
Customer Account
- Services are available to individuals who:
- Are 18 years or older (or under 18 with parent/guardian supervision);
- Reside in and access the Services from Australia;
- Can enter a legally binding agreement and consent to medical treatment;
- Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy;
- Where required, create an account on the Platforms (“Account”).
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
2. The Platforms and Services
Consultations with Partner Practitioners
- Entering a consultation with a Partner Practitioner establishes a practitioner-patient relationship. We are not a party to this relationship.
- Partner Practitioners have clinical independence and responsibility for healthcare services, advice, and record-keeping.
- Consultations are not general medical advice outside the scope of fertility and reproductive health.
Prescriptions and Medications
- Prescriptions are issued at the clinical discretion of Partner Practitioners. “Off-label” or compounded medications may be used if clinically appropriate.
- Availability of medications from Associate Pharmacies is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for dispensing, safety, or efficacy of prescribed medications.
- You must follow instructions from Partner Practitioners and consult your general practitioner if your condition changes or symptoms worsen.
Services from Partner Contributors
- Partner Contributors may provide fertility-related support, dietary advice, psychological counselling, and health coaching.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for following any advice within the scope of the services offered.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
- Services may be purchased on a subscription or one-off basis. Subscription fees are automatically billed at regular intervals unless cancelled.
- Cancellation can be done via your Account or by contacting us at evelyn@thefertilityhub.com.au
- Prices include GST and applicable delivery charges.
- Refunds are subject to the Australian Consumer Law and, where relevant, the policies of Associate Pharmacies or third-party providers.
4. Use of the Platforms
Your Conduct
You must not:
- Use the Platforms unlawfully or to harm others;
- Create multiple accounts without permission;
- Upload or transmit content that is offensive, defamatory, misleading, or infringes intellectual property rights;
- Use automated tools to scrape or replicate content.
Third-Party Links
The Platforms may include links to third-party websites or content. We do not control or endorse these, and use is at your own risk.
Cookies

5. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Platforms is owned by or licensed to Fertility Hub AU.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission.
- You retain responsibility for respecting the intellectual property of others.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
- The Platforms provide general fertility and allied health information. This is not a substitute for personalised medical advice.
- Use of the Platforms is at your own risk. We make no warranties regarding suitability, availability, or outcomes of services or products.
- All services and products are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platforms, services, or information provided.
- Liability for Partner Practitioners, Associate Practitioners, and Associate Pharmacies rests with the respective provider.
8. Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- You and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
9. Complaints and Emergencies
- Complaints: Contact us at evelyn@thefertilityhub.com.aufor any concerns or disputes regarding the Platforms or services.
- Emergencies: The Platforms are not for urgent medical needs. Call 000or visit your nearest hospital emergency department for emergencies.
