Blue Balls for Women?

When the clitoris is stimulated, or sexual aroused, blood flow is increased to the clitoris, the surrounding erectile tissue along with the entire vulva. With an increase in blood flow, the tissue expands which can cause pain, heaviness, cramping, aching and discomfort. The completion of the orgasmic cycle allows the entire area to decompress. If you are unable to have an orgasm “Blue Bean” can occur.

Blue Bean can be reversed by having an orgasm through masturbation or by doing a non-arousal activity until the blood flow returns to normal.  Be patient the painful symptoms will go away within 30 minutes if you do a non-arousal activity.

What is known as “Blue Balls” in men is called “Blue Bean” in women. Both conditions cause arousal of the erectile tissue without an orgasm. Even though our anatomy is different the pain and pressure sensation is very similar and it doesn’t feel good!
